Susie Ford discusses members no longer being able to speak at the SECU Annual Meeting

Recently, the current SECU Board of Directors eliminated the ability for members to speak at the 2024 Annual Meeting.  Your credit union, your vote, but not your your voice.  How can they listen if you can't speak. Over 8,000 of you petitioned to add our names to the ballot. The member-nominated candidates are listening to you.  We want to be your voice.

Kirby Parrish talks about the value of the Member Loan Review Committee

The current Board of Directors eliminated the Member Loan Review Committee.  The member-nominated candidates want to restore it.  The Member Loan Review Committee was a group of volunteer members that would review any loan request that had previously been denied.  Any member that had their loan request be denied had the option to have their loan request reviewed by fellow members.

Kirby Parrish talks about what makes the credit union different
